Day of Coordinating Mini

This option is ideal for couples who have put in all the hard work and now all that's left is to savor their special day. Our Day of Coordinating mini was crafted with love and a budget in mind, because we truly believe every couple deserves exceptional care on their wedding day. It is a modified version of our Traditional Day of Coordinating service and recommend when venues don't require a Day of Coordinator.
Traditional Day of Coordinating

This option is our most popular service, and one we are truly proud of. Often refered to as "Month of Coordinating" or Event Management.
It is ideal for the couple who has a clear vision for their wedding day, but needs assistance with timeline execution and someone designated to manage the day of. While we can secure your date up to 1.5 years in advance, our sweet spot to step in is 3 months out from wedding day to finalize the timeline, address overlooked details, and tie up any loose ends. If you're venue requires a Day of Coordinator this is the choice for you
Partial Wedding Planning

This option is ideal for the couple who wants to be in control of all the wedding planning, but might be getting stuck in the months leading up to wedding day and would benefit from additional planning support. With Partial Planning you handle initial steps like booking your venue ( and perhaps a few vendors) and we step in to assist with sourcing remaining vendors, guiding wedding day logistics, and provide everything from our Day of Coordinating service. We can start as early or late in the planning process as you need us, but find that 6 months out is ideal.

You’ve planned it all, but need help with timeline creation? Let us help! We are proud of our itineraries and constantly have Photographers & DJ’s raving over how helpful they are. Schedule a phone or video call to chat about ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and everything in between. We will send back a timeline custom to your day and ready to be shared with your other vendors.

Wedding Support is just as it sounds, extra assistance from the Faithful Plan team. This is an a la carte service to include just what you need during the hours you need it. This can include various services such as a crew for set-up, golf cart drivers to transport guests, table bussing, or breakdown support. Share your needs with us, and we’ll take care of everything else.

What is a Wedding Coordinator?
The Wedding Coordinator serves as the connection between the Wedding Timeline & Plan, the vendors, you, and your guests. They act as the primary contact and manager for the event. Their responsibilities generally involve making sure all vendors and Wedding Party members arrive on time, are in the correct locations, and adhere to any rules set by the venue.
Do you carry liability insurance?
Yes, we carry general liability insurance which can be sent to your venue upon request.
What is required to secure my day?
To secure your wedding date we require a signed agreement with your wedding date and location. And a 50% retainer.
Which service is best for me?
Every wedding is unique and comes with it's own set of needs. If after reviewing each summary, you still have questions, please fill out a contact form so we can connect and assist you in finding the perfect fit.
Do you attend the rehersal?
Yes, we attend the ceremony rehearsal. While there we inform participants of where to sit/stand and practice entering and exiting. Rehearsals may take place the day before or the morning of the wedding.
What is not included?
We do not provide full-scale event design, heavy assembly of DIY projects, large scale installations such as draping or florals, or setups requiring more than a step stool. However, we will gladly point you in the direction of companies properly equipped and ensured to do so.
