This option is ideal for couples who have put in all the hard work and now all that's left is to savor their special day. Our Day of Coordinating mini was crafted with love and a budget in mind, because we truly believe every couple deserves exceptional care on their wedding day. It is a modified version of our Traditional Day of Coordinating service and recommend when venues don't require a Day of Coordinator.

Planning Phase:

  • Create a custom timeline​

  • Direct Ceremony Rehearsal ​​

Documents You'll Receive:

  • Custom timeline, sharable with your other vendors

  • Recommended Vendor List

Wedding Day:

  • ​Lead Coordinator as main point of contact for your other vendors

  • Remote management until arrival

  • ​Arrive 2 hours before the start of the Ceremony, for up to 9 hours of service

  • Management of the timeline, Wedding Party, & Vendors

Things to Note:

  • This service does not include assistance with set-up or breakdown, ​but we can assist on the front end ensuring your other vendors and members of the wedding party have this part covered

  • This package does not include attending your final details meeting. This can be added for an additional fee.
