Lead Coordinator & Planner
Marina is the owner of Faithful Plan. Her and her husband Ian started their life together as one December 2nd of 2018. Their wedding was everything they could have dreamt of and their wish for other couples is that they could experience their perfect wedding as well.

After several years of cooperate event coordinating, Marina went into business for herself and started wedding coordinating the summer of 2018. That same year she graduated from UTSA with a multidisciplinary studies degree with focuses in Business, Communication, and Religious Studies. As a detail oriented person and someone who loves a good checklist she finds every step of the wedding planning process better than the last. Her goal is to be a support and guide in preparation for the wedding, and day of, so her couples can enjoy their day stress free and to the fullest. She looks forward to working with each couple and celebrating them, while offering assistance wherever needed to ensure their day runs as smooth as possible.
Ian Grainger
Assistant Coordinator
Ian is the co-owner of Faithful Plan and became an assistant coordinator purely through being married to Marina. However, as the youngest of 6 siblings and the last of the them to be married, by the time his first wedding with Faithful Plan rolled around he was already well versed in how a wedding day should flow. Ian can set up and break down centerpieces, tables, and chairs quicker than anyone else. Ian also has a knack for becoming quick friends with all of the groomsmen and fathers as he is often stationed in front the the groom's getting ready room to ensure he does not accidently catch a glimpse of the Bride too soon. Ian's main goal on wedding day is to help keep the day on track and going off with out a hitch.

In addition to being a co-owner of Faithful Plan, Ian works full time for Ancira Automotive Group and spends his free time brushing up on The Office trivia.
Sara Skaines
Assistant Coordinator
Sara's first wedding with Faithful Plan was in January of 2020. Since then she has been a crucial member to the company and also acts as our in house graphic designer. While not often on the foreground at events, she plays a major role in making sure every last detail is perfect. Sometimes this means setting up those last minute decorations while Marina is rallying the bridal party for the ceremony or finding that one groomsmen who's wondered off during photos.
Sara is originally from St. Louis and moved to Texas in her late teens. While attending University out of state Sara planned her own wedding remotely. After graduating with a degree in International Community Development with a minor is Bible and Psychology she married her husband Andrew in December of 2018 and shorty after started working with foster children at a non-profit.
