This option is our most popular service and one we are truly proud of. It is more like "Month-of Coordinating" and is ideal for the couple who has already accomplished most of the work and wants to hand off the reigns in the last few weeks leading up to the wedding. With Day-of Coordinating we take more of a back seat role until 2-3 months out from the wedding in order to tie up any loose ends. This includes assistance with set up & break down.

​Pre- Wedding:​​

• Create a custom and very detailed master itinerary to be shared with other vendors

• One hour designated to attending the final details meeting at your venue to go over timeline, floorplan, and decorations

• One hour designated to directing the rehearsal

Documents You'll Receive:

• Custom master itinerary

• Decorations List

• Access to recommended vendor list

Wedding Day:

• Attending Lead Coordinator as main point of contact for your other vendors & attending assistant coordinator

• Arrival up to 4 hours before the start of the Ceremony, for up to 12 hours of service, to assist with set-up

• Management of the day-of itinerary. This typically includes:

  • Making sure the bride, groom, and wedding party are dressed and ready on time

  • Working closely with the photographer, caterer, officiant, DJ/ Band, and all other vendors to keep everything running smoothly and according to the itinerary

  • Handing out boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets

  • Cuing live musicians or DJ when to play the ceremony music or special songs during the reception

  • Lining up the wedding party for grand entrances and exits

  • Handing out grand exit items to guests

• 1 hour post wedding to assist with break down

• If you have over 220 guests there will be an additional $150 fee for an additional assistant coordinator to attend​​​​
