This option is ideal for the couple who has done all the work and all that's left is to enjoy the wedding day. Day of Coordinating mini was created with a budget in mind. It is a scaled down version on our Traditional Day-of Coordinating service.

​Pre- Wedding:

• Create a custom and very detailed master itinerary to be shared with other vendors

• One hour designated to directing the rehearsal

Documents You'll Receive:

• Custom day of master itinerary

• Access to recommended vendor list

Wedding Day:

• Attending Lead Coordinator as main point of contact for your other vendors

  • Arrival up to 2 hours before the start of the Ceremony for up to 9 hours of service ( Additional Hours can be added at an hourly rate)

• Management of the day-of itinerary. This typically includes:

  • Making sure the bride, groom, and wedding party are dressed and ready on time

  • Working closely with the photographer, caterer, officiant, DJ/ Band, and all other vendors to keep everything running smoothly and according to the itinerary

  • Handing out boutonnieres, corsages, and bouquets

  • Cuing live musicians or DJ when to play the ceremony music or special songs during the reception

  • Lining up the wedding party for grand entrances and exits

  • Handing out grand exit items to guests

Things to Note

• This service does not include assistance with set-up or breakdown, ​but we can assist on the front end ensuring your other vendors and members of the wedding party have this part covered

• This package does not include attending your final details meeting. This can be added for $100

• 50% deposit & signed agreement to book

• If you have over 180 guests there will be an additional $150 fee for an assistant coordinator to attend
